Privacy Policy

How SiteTwin collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit sitetwin.store, request a quote, or contact our team.

This Privacy Policy explains how SiteTwin LLC ("SiteTwin," "we," "us," or "our"), a private utility locating, GPR scanning, and concrete scanning service based in Travis County, Texas, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit sitetwin.store (the "Site"), submit a form, call or text our business line, or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information to us.

1Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Contact form (sitetwin.store/contact): name, email address, phone number, and message content.
• Request a Quote form: name, email address, phone number, and project details submitted through our embedded quote request widget, which is hosted and processed by our CRM provider, LeadConnector/HighLevel.
• Phone calls and text messages: When you call or text the number listed on our Site, that number is a tracking line operated by our call tracking provider, CallRail. If you leave a voicemail, it is recorded and stored. Calls placed to this number may be recorded. If you text this number first, message content may be logged and stored. See Section 3 below for details.
• BumpGuard purchases: if you buy a BumpGuard, your name, shipping address, email, and payment details are collected by our payment processor, Stripe, through its hosted checkout page. SiteTwin does not directly receive or store your card number.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you browse the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on the Site. This is collected through standard web server logs and, where enabled, cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 2).

2Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site is built and hosted on the Durable website platform, which may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the Site, remember settings, and, if enabled for this Site, measure traffic through tools such as Google Analytics or Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools, where active, collect information such as pages viewed, general location, and device data, and may set cookies in your browser.

The contact form on this Site is also protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and sends it to Google to help detect bots and abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

The BumpGuard checkout page is hosted by Stripe and may set its own cookies to process payment securely; see Stripe's own privacy policy for details.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

3Call and Text Recording Disclosure

We use CallRail, a third-party call tracking and analytics service, to route and manage calls and texts made to the phone number(s) displayed on this Site. Through CallRail:

• Calls to our tracking number may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and customer service purposes.
• Voicemails left on our tracking number are recorded and stored.
• If you initiate a text message to our number, the message content may be logged and stored to allow our team to respond.
• CallRail may also collect the phone number you're calling or texting from, call duration, and general caller location.

4Text Messaging (SMS) Program

SiteTwin LLC sends text message updates and responses to utility mapping and locating customers about scheduling, pricing, and products offered at https://sitetwin.store.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

SiteTwin LLC respects your privacy. We use the information you provide to send and respond to your mobile messages. This includes sharing it with platform providers (such as CallRail), phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver messages. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may disclose information to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

This section applies specifically to your use of our Text Message Service and does not modify the rest of this Privacy Policy, which continues to govern our relationship with you in other contexts.

5How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to quote requests, contact form submissions, calls, texts, and voicemails;
• Schedule and coordinate field crews and service delivery;
• Process and ship BumpGuard orders and handle returns/exchanges;
• Communicate with you about your project or order, including by phone, text, or email;
• Maintain records of customer and lead communications in our CRM;
• Improve the Site, our services, and our marketing;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, spam, or security issues (including through reCAPTCHA);
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

6Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following categories of service providers, who process information on our behalf to help us operate the Site, respond to leads, and fulfill orders:

These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us and are subject to their own privacy policies. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the independent privacy practices of these third parties.

7How We Share Information

Aside from the service providers listed above, we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SiteTwin, our customers, or others.

8Data Retention

We retain information collected through contact forms, quote requests, calls, texts, voicemails, and BumpGuard orders for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, complete any services or orders requested, maintain business records, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Call recordings and voicemails are retained according to CallRail's standard retention settings for our account, after which they may be deleted or archived.

9Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or similar laws in other states) to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13. We will respond to verifiable requests consistent with applicable law.

10Children's Privacy

This Site and our services are directed at businesses, contractors, engineers, and property owners, and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, and rely on the security practices of Durable, CallRail, LeadConnector/HighLevel, and Stripe, to help protect information submitted through the Site. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will indicate when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
